Woodturners—GSWT Meeting
NO Registration Needed
Come get the skinny on the March GSWT meeting! No registration needed.

The skinny on turning skinny!  The Granite State Woodworkers will be meeting March 30th (this is a date change) at Tom McLaughlin's shop in Canterbury from 9 am to 1 pm.

Jon Siegel and Tom McLaughlin will be demonstrating ways to set up and turn slender spindles for projects such as chairs, tables, balusters, handles and narrow kitchen utensils.

There will be coffee and donuts, (bring money), a 50/50 raffle, (bring money), green wood sales (bring money), show and tell (bring money) and great company (bring money)!. There are usually several experienced turners there to help answer questions. So plan on bringing in some problems.

Tom's fantastic shop is out on Baptist Road. Please do NOT park in the access road beside his property, it leads to a cemetery. There is limited parking in the shop area behind his house, otherwise please squeeze close to the snow bank.

The April meeting will feature Chris Schmidt from Thetford Academy with a program on paint and stain decoration techniques. That's April 27 at Peter Bloch's shop. Detail later.
